Richard Burnette was born in Orange on December 8, 1917. He graduated from Orange Union High School in 1936. After, he worked for the Orange Daily News. Richard served with the U.S. Army during World War II and rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant prior to his discharge in 1946. He then went to work for Westover Printing on the 100 block of North Orange St. After 26 years, he bought the business and changed the name to Plaza Printing in 1972. This exhibition features eight historic photographs of Plaza Printing captured by Douglas Westfall.
