Highly Sensitive People & Artists: Being a creative can parallel with heightened sensitivity. Using Elaine N. Aron, Ph.D.’s works on The Highly Sensitive Person, Sharon Chan, LMFT and Boonie Sripom, MA will discuss how to identify traits of being a highly sensitive person, how it can potentially affect our lives, and some ways to navigate the world while honoring one’s sensitivity & creativity.

Please join us at 1888 Center for some Contra Coffee, to meet fellow creatives, and learn about highly sensitive people at this educational workshop.

 


 

Sharon Chan, LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over ten years of experience working with adults, parents, families, and kids with attention difficulties, autism, and emotional disturbances. She has a private practice in Pasadena and Tustin, CA.

Boonie Sripom, MA is a life coach for artists, geeks, and gamers. She is the personal counselor for the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Orange County Campus (FIDM OC), speaks on MBTI, video game culture, and mental health awareness.
